Information on our Whistleblowing System

We have summarized some information on our whistleblowing system for you.

  1. How can I report violations?

You may at any time report violations via our electronic reporting channel. This also provides your with a possibility for anonymous reporting. Alternatively, you may inform your line manager, the HR department, the Legal department, Corporate Security or Compliance ([email protected]). Alternatively, you may contact external offices.

  2. Which violations may I report?

We will take in all reports of possible violations of laws and internal policies and take them seriously. However, we pay particular attention to reports on discrimination, harassment, corruption, embezzlement, theft, anti-competitive behavior, money laundering, tax evasion and similar offenses. Of course, you can also report violations that pose risks to human rights or the environment.

Please note that there is a separate reporting channel for reporting data privacy and data protection incidents. Please report any such case immediately to [email protected]. We need a different channel, as this does not lie in the responsibility of Compliance and a very strict 72 hours’ time limit applies.

Similarly, we have a separate reporting channel for cybersecurity incidents, which you can reach at [email protected].

  3. Make a report - correctly!

For your reports to be processed appropriately, it is important that they are as specific as possible. It is helpful to make the following points part of your report:

    Who? What? When? How? Where?

We have listed some answers to frequently asked questions regarding whistleblowing in our FAQ. Otherwise, please feel free to contact Compliance ([email protected]) at any time.
